Wages and Benefits
Wages can range from $26-$33/hr

Responsibilities
Traditional framing repairs using modern and traditional methods
Roofing and flashing repairs
Siding and trim repairs/replacement
Window and door restoration
Millwork
Other aspects associated with traditional structures
Skills
Minimum 10 years experience in traditional, preservation carpentry
Ability to work independently and oversee at least one other carpenter
Ability to interpret scopes of work, read construction and architectural drawings
Effective communicator
Willingness and ability to use technology (email, text messaging, photography, etc.)
Ability to make shop drawings a plus but not required
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Background Check
Heritage Restoration has partnered with Checkr to conduct national pre-employment background screening for all new hires. New employees will receive an e-mail instructing them to sign in and provide pertinent information in order for Checkr to conduct a national background check. (The sign-on and password information will be provided in the e-mail.) Once the new employee has signed on and provided the required information, Checkr will complete the background investigation and report back to Heritage Restoration. Employment is not final until HRI receives and approves a review of the background check.
